Website inquiries

When you join the waitlist, we collect your work email, firm name, firm size, and, if you choose, what interests you most, and use them only to tell you about access to Second Chair. When you contact Second Chair, we expect to collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, firm name, telephone number, firm-size range, current practice-management system, and message.

Do not send confidential matter information

The public contact form is for product and demonstration inquiries. Do not send client names, matter details, deadlines, financial account information, privileged communications, or other confidential or time-sensitive information.

Service providers

The launch website is expected to use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and bot protection, and Formspree for processing and delivering contact-form submissions. This section must be completed with the final legal entity, purposes, retention practices, subprocessors, and applicable rights before launch.
